These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the imajjbet platform. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
18+ Age Requirement
imajjbet is strictly available to players who are 18 years of age or older. Age verification is enforced at registration and before any withdrawal is processed. Underage gambling is prohibited.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active account on imajjbet. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Local Payment Methods
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladeshi banks. Minimum deposit is ৳200. All transactions are subject to identity verification and the payment terms described in Section 5.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded by imajjbet are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual bonus terms attached to each offer.
Account Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. imajjbet will not be held liable for unauthorised access resulting from a player's failure to secure their username, password, or two-factor authentication device.
Right to Amend Terms
imajjbet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly.
01 Definitions
The following terms, when used throughout this document, shall have the meanings assigned to them below. Understanding these definitions is essential for interpreting the obligations and rights set out in these Terms & Conditions.

| "Bonus Balance" | Funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. |
| "Wagering Requirement" | The total value of bets that must be placed using a Bonus Balance before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the individual promotion terms. |

02 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the imajjbet Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and imajjbet. If you do not agree to any provision of this agreement, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is recorded at the point of account registration, when you check the confirmation box confirming that you have read and agreed to the terms. This record is stored in our systems and may be produced as evidence of your agreement in the event of a dispute.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including registered Players and any individual who browses or accesses the Platform without registering. By simply accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review these terms and that you agree to be bound by them to the extent applicable to non-registered access.
These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between any translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail. Players in Bangladesh are expected to have sufficient English-language comprehension to understand this document. imajjbet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via an in-platform notification. The updated terms will take effect on the date specified in the revision notice. If you continue to use the Platform after that date, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms & Conditions.
03 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the imajjbet Platform is restricted to eligible individuals only. Players who do not satisfy these eligibility criteria must not register or use the Platform.
18+ Only: imajjbet is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is an offence to allow a person under the age of 18 to access or use this Platform. If you are under 18, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on imajjbet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are accessing the Platform as an individual, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of a business or legal entity;
- You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- You are not a current employee, director, consultant, agent, or affiliate of imajjbet, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
- You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
imajjbet enforces its 18+ age policy through a mandatory KYC verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, Players must submit a valid government-issued photo ID — either a Bangladesh National Identity (NID) card or a valid passport — demonstrating that they are of legal age. Where imajjbet has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be under the age of 18, the Account will be suspended pending identity verification.
If identity verification reveals that a Player registered while under the age of 18, imajjbet will permanently close the Account, void all bets and game results, and return any deposited funds less any amounts already paid out. Any winnings generated by an underage Player will be forfeited in their entirety.
Parental Controls: imajjbet strongly recommends that parents and guardians use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling content. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your device or account credentials, please contact our support team immediately at support@imajjbet.
04 Account Registration
Players must register an Account in order to access betting, gaming, and payment services on imajjbet. Registration is free and open to all eligible individuals.
To register an Account on imajjbet, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. imajjbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent time.
One Account Per Player: Each natural person may hold only one registered Account on imajjbet. The deliberate creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If we detect that a Player holds more than one Account, we reserve the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets and bonus balances, and withhold any outstanding funds pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. If your personal details change at any point — including your email address, phone number, or payment method details — you must update your Account information promptly. Failure to maintain accurate registration information may result in Account suspension or the rejection of a withdrawal request.
Account credentials — your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. imajjbet will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
Account Verification: imajjbet reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time after registration. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays in withdrawal processing. Verification documents should be uploaded via the Account dashboard. Standard verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission.
imajjbet does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. imajjbet does not provide legal advice regarding jurisdictional compliance, and any Player who uses the Platform in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited does so entirely at their own risk.
05 Deposits & Withdrawals
imajjbet supports a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are subject to the terms set out in this section.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
- Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank.
- Deposits are typically credited to a Player's Account within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. In rare cases, processing may take up to 30 minutes due to payment provider delays.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.
- imajjbet does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Players are advised to review their payment provider's terms before initiating a deposit.
- Deposited funds are held in accounts that are segregated from imajjbet's operating funds and are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to completed KYC verification and the terms of any applicable bonus.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name, matching the name on the Player's verified Account. imajjbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets are typically processed within one hour of approval during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
- Players must complete KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the withdrawal request being held pending verification.
- imajjbet reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time.
- Players may only withdraw funds up to the value of their Real Money Balance. Bonus Balance funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
Anti-Money Laundering: imajjbet operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and a report to the relevant authorities.
06 Bonus & Promotions Policy
imajjbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional rewards credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bonuses awarded by imajjbet:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before withdrawal eligibility is granted;
- Only bets placed with Real Money Balance count towards clearing a Bonus Balance. Bets placed using Bonus Balance do not generate further Bonus Balance;
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, baccarat, and roulette may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms;
- Bonuses are valid for a specified period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Any unmet wagering requirement at the end of this period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the Account;
- imajjbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, though bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will not be removed before expiry;
- Players who have self-excluded or who are subject to Account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses;
- Bonuses may be limited to one per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different Accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Welcome Bonus: New Bangladesh players may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. Full terms, including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit threshold, eligible games, and expiry period, are specified in the welcome bonus terms page. The welcome bonus is available to new players only; one welcome bonus per player, household, or device.
imajjbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-generated winnings if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple Accounts, through collusion with other Players, or through any form of advantage play that exploits a promotional offer in a manner not intended by imajjbet. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and forfeiture are made at imajjbet's sole discretion and are final.
07 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Players are required to use the imajjbet Platform responsibly, honestly, and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited.
By using the Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false, misleading, or third-party identity information;
- Attempting to access another Player's Account without their explicit consent;
- Using automated bots, scripts, software agents, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes;
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market;
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who discovers a technical error must cease play and report it to imajjbet immediately;
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that involves prior knowledge of a fixed sporting outcome;
- Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
- Posting, transmitting, or communicating any content that is abusive, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory via any communication feature on the Platform;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform or any game hosted on it;
- Placing bets on behalf of a third party or operating as an agent, broker, or intermediary for other Players without imajjbet's prior written consent.
imajjbet employs sophisticated fraud detection and risk management systems. Any Account found to be in breach of the above obligations will be suspended immediately pending investigation. imajjbet reserves the right to void bets, cancel withdrawals, and permanently close Accounts where prohibited conduct is confirmed. The Player will be notified of the outcome of any investigation via email.
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: Where imajjbet determines that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, the following remedies may be applied individually or in combination: permanent Account closure; forfeiture of Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance; voiding of all pending and recent bets; reporting to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
08 Account Suspension & Closure
Either a Player or imajjbet may initiate Account closure under the circumstances described below. Self-exclusion requests are treated with priority and processed within one hour.
Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. You will be asked to confirm your identity before closure is processed. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding investigation.
Self-Exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from the Platform for a specified period or permanently due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, imajjbet provides a self-exclusion facility. To activate self-exclusion, contact our support team via live chat or email at support@imajjbet. Self-exclusion is activated within one hour of your request and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications from imajjbet.
Closure by imajjbet: imajjbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame;
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
- Reasonable suspicion that an Account is being operated by an individual under the age of 18;
- Inactivity — an Account that has had no login or transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be designated as dormant. A dormant Account may be closed after a further 12 months of inactivity, subject to the return of any positive Real Money Balance to the Player's last verified payment method.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
